Accepted Checkout Methods

The checkout may offer direct bank transfer, Apple Pay and PayPal. Only payment methods displayed at checkout or confirmed in a written invoice from KEI Utility USA are authorized. Do not send funds to payment details received from an unrelated address, social-media account or unverified person.

Order Confirmation

Submitting checkout information does not guarantee acceptance of an order. An order is confirmed after payment authorization or clearance, product availability review, fraud screening and any required sales agreement. We may contact the buyer to verify identity, billing information, delivery information or transaction details.

Bank Transfers

Bank-transfer orders remain pending until cleared funds are confirmed. Use the order number as the payment reference when instructed. Customers should verify transfer instructions using the contact information published on this website before sending funds. KEI Utility USA is not responsible for funds sent to altered or fraudulent instructions that were not issued through our verified channels.

Deposits

Deposits are applied to the purchase price and are fully refundable until final delivery. Deposit amount, balance due and payment schedule will appear in the invoice or written sales agreement.

Pricing, Taxes and Delivery

Published prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, registration costs, delivery charges, inspection services and optional products may be listed separately. The final invoice or sales agreement will identify the transaction total.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Contact us first if you believe a payment is incorrect or unauthorized. We will review order, payment and delivery records and work in good faith to resolve documented concerns. Fraudulent chargebacks or materially false disputes may be contested using the transaction records.

Payment Security

Never email full card details or account passwords. Third-party payment providers process their services under their own privacy and security terms. KEI Utility USA does not ask customers to disclose online-banking passwords.
