Last updated: November 1, 2026. This policy applies to purchases made directly from KEI Utility USA. A signed vehicle sales agreement may include additional vehicle-specific terms.

Vehicle Sales and Final Acceptance

Used Japanese imports, Kei trucks, JDM vehicles and other titled vehicles are sold as individually described assets. Buyers are encouraged to review the listing, photographs, documentation, disclosed condition and available inspection information before accepting delivery. Once a vehicle has been delivered and accepted, the sale is final except where the vehicle was materially misdescribed, a major known condition was not disclosed, or a written sales agreement provides a specific remedy.

Refundable Deposits

Deposits paid directly to KEI Utility USA are fully refundable until final delivery of the vehicle. A buyer may request cancellation before delivery by contacting us in writing. Refunds are returned to the original payment method when technically available; otherwise, KEI Utility USA will arrange an appropriate documented refund method.

Cancellation Before Delivery

To cancel before delivery, email info@keiutilityusa.com or call (737) 225-3298. Include the purchaser name, order number and vehicle. If third-party services were separately contracted by the buyer, those providers may have independent cancellation terms.

Material Misdescription or Undisclosed Major Issue

Contact us promptly if the delivered vehicle materially differs from the signed agreement or the published description. We may request photographs, documents, inspection information or an opportunity to examine the concern. Available remedies may include correction, reimbursement, cancellation or another written resolution appropriate to the facts and applicable law.

Parts, Accessories and Non-Vehicle Products

Uninstalled, unused and unopened parts or accessories may be eligible for return when requested within 14 calendar days of delivery. The buyer must obtain written return authorization before shipping anything back. Special-order items, installed parts, electrical items, custom components and items damaged after delivery are not returnable unless defective or materially misdescribed.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are initiated promptly after approval or receipt and inspection of an authorized return. Financial institutions may require additional business days to post the credit. Original delivery, inspection, registration, documentation or third-party service charges are refundable only when the written agreement or applicable law requires it.
