Our Purchase Process

Choose an available vehicle and review its photos, specifications, mileage, condition and title information.
Ask questions or request additional photographs, video or inspection information.
Receive a written order summary showing the vehicle price, applicable taxes, delivery charge and any agreed services.
Review and accept the written terms before paying a deposit or completing payment.
Receive delivery or schedule an Austin-area inspection or pickup when available.

Buyer Protection Standards

We do not substitute vehicles without written buyer approval. Material facts known to us are disclosed before purchase. Vehicle price, availability and condition information are confirmed in writing before final payment.

Deposits

Unless a signed vehicle-specific agreement states otherwise, deposits are fully refundable until final delivery. Refund timing and method follow our published Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

Documentation

Available title, import, chassis and sales documents are reviewed with the buyer. Registration and road-use eligibility vary by state and remain subject to the buyer’s jurisdiction.
