Last updated: November 1, 2026. This disclosure explains how KEI Utility USA presents used Japanese imports, Kei trucks, JDM vehicles and specialty utility vehicles.

Used and Imported Vehicle Condition

Most vehicles are used and may show age-related wear, paint variation, scratches, dents, corrosion, interior wear, repaired areas, replaced components or mechanical characteristics consistent with age and prior use. Photographs and descriptions are intended to identify the actual vehicle whenever inventory is individually listed.

Mileage and Odometer Information

Japanese vehicles may display distance in kilometers. Listings should state the displayed reading and unit when known. Unless a written odometer disclosure or title document states otherwise, a displayed reading should not be interpreted as independently guaranteed lifetime mileage.

Vehicle Identification and Specifications

Buyers should review the chassis number or vehicle identification information, manufacture date, model, drivetrain, transmission, engine, dimensions, title status and included equipment. Equipment and specifications may differ from similarly named U.S.-market vehicles.

Inspection Information

Available inspection notes, photographs, videos or service information describe conditions observed at the time recorded and are not a guarantee that no additional issue exists. Buyers may request additional information or arrange an independent inspection when practical before delivery.

Titles, Import Documents and Registration

Federal import eligibility, state titling, registration and permission to use public roads are separate matters. A vehicle’s presence in the United States or eligibility under an age-based federal rule does not guarantee unrestricted registration in every state. Buyers must confirm current requirements for their jurisdiction. Review our Kei Truck Laws by State guide.

Off-Road and Intended Use

Some vehicles may be suitable only for private property, farm, industrial, campus, low-speed or other restricted use depending on the jurisdiction and vehicle classification. The buyer is responsible for confirming that the intended use is lawful and appropriate.

Modifications and Aftermarket Equipment

Lift kits, tires, lights, dump systems, plows, accessories and other modifications may affect handling, maintenance, transportation dimensions, legal classification or warranty coverage. Listings will identify known major modifications when reasonably available.

Buyer Acknowledgment

By completing a vehicle purchase, the buyer acknowledges reviewing the listing, disclosed condition, available documents, intended use and written sales agreement. Material questions should be resolved before delivery and final acceptance.
