Delivery Coverage

We coordinate delivery to many destinations across the continental United States. Availability, price and carrier type depend on the vehicle, pickup location, destination, route, access conditions and current carrier capacity. Alaska, Hawaii, islands, remote locations and cross-border destinations require individual review.

Delivery Quotes and Charges

Vehicle delivery is not automatically free unless a listing or signed agreement expressly says so. A written delivery quote will identify the destination, estimated charge and important assumptions. Quotes may change if the address, access conditions, vehicle condition, dimensions or requested service changes.

Estimated Timing

Preparation and carrier scheduling begin after the order details and destination are confirmed. Any pickup or delivery date is an estimate unless the signed agreement expressly guarantees it. Weather, carrier availability, inspections, documentation, road closures and events outside reasonable control may affect timing. We will provide available updates when material changes occur.

Customer Responsibilities

Provide an accurate delivery address, telephone number and access instructions.
Confirm that the destination can safely accommodate the transport vehicle.
Be present or appoint an authorized adult to receive the vehicle.
Inspect the vehicle at delivery and note visible transport damage on the carrier paperwork before signing.
Confirm local title, registration, insurance and road-use requirements before operating the vehicle.

Delivery Inspection and Damage

Review the vehicle and carrier condition report at delivery. Photograph any visible transport damage and note it on the bill of lading before accepting the vehicle. Contact KEI Utility USA promptly so we can help preserve the documentation needed for the carrier claim process. Pre-existing wear or conditions disclosed before dispatch are not transport damage.

Pickup Option

Customer pickup may be available for selected vehicles by written appointment. Identification, payment clearance and release documents may be required before the vehicle is released.
