Inspections, pickups and test drives are scheduled by appointment so we can confirm the requested vehicle is present, accessible and available before you travel.

How to Schedule

  1. Choose the vehicle you want to inspect from our current inventory.
  2. Call (737) 225-3298 or email info@keiutilityusa.com.
  3. Provide the vehicle name or stock reference and your preferred date and time.
  4. Wait for written or verbal confirmation before traveling to the location.

  • Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
  • Sunday: By appointment

Holiday hours may vary. Please call before visiting on or near a federal holiday. Online inquiries and nationwide delivery support remain available 24/7.

What Buyers May Review

Depending on the vehicle and available documentation, buyers may review the exterior, cab, cargo bed or interior, visible chassis areas, tires, controls, odometer or mileage record, available title and import documents, disclosed condition notes and included accessories.

Test Drives and Demonstrations

Test drives or operating demonstrations are subject to vehicle condition, site rules, insurance requirements, buyer eligibility and staff approval. A valid driver’s license may be required. Some off-road, farm-use, imported or specialty vehicles may be limited to an on-site demonstration rather than public-road operation.

Independent Inspections

Buyers may request permission to arrange a qualified independent inspection before purchase. The appointment, inspector access and any inspection cost must be agreed in advance. Inspection findings do not automatically reserve a vehicle unless a separate written hold or deposit agreement is in place.

Vehicle Availability

Inventory may sell, be reserved or move between locations. An appointment confirmation does not guarantee availability indefinitely. We confirm current status before the scheduled visit and disclose known material changes.

Safety and Site Conduct

Visitors must follow staff instructions and remain within approved inspection areas. Children and guests must be supervised. Vehicles may not be operated without express staff permission.
